Karen Neunzig serves as culinary dietitian and nutritionist. She provides individual nutrition counseling, meal support, in-home chef services.

Karen's journey in dietetics started at a residential eating disorder treatment facility in the hills of North Carolina called Tapestry.

Karen has earned two Bachelor of Science degrees from Florida State University, one in Exercise Science and one in Dietetics. She received a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from East Carolina University and is a Registered Dietitian in New York State.

Karen brings a wealth of understanding about nutrition and body physiology to the work that she does with clients. As a culinary nutritionist and passionate foodie, she is able to help clients create individualized meal plans to meet a variety of dietary needs and palate tastes, as well as offer in-house cooking skills sessions. Her experience with the full spectrum of eating disorder diagnosis has allowed her to practice in residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient clinical settings. Her sunny countenance is a welcome addition to the team and kitchen!
