Staff Dietitian


Rachel Hochstadt serves as a staff nutritionist. Rachel has had a passion for working with families and adolescents since she became a Registered Dietitian in 2013 and in 2018 earned her Master Degree in Health Education. Rachel specializes in pediatric and adolescent nutrition,and has worked with individuals dealing with all types of eating disorders at the inpatient, intensive outpatient and outpatient levels of care.

Rachel holds a pediatric nutrition certification as administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and obtained her nutrition degree from Penn State -- University Park. Rachel has trained and worked in some of the best hospitals in the northeast including Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), Westchester Medical Center, Blythedale Children's Hospital and New York Presbyterian.

Rachel believes in mental and physical wellness in order to obtain balance in the body. Rachel uses motivational interviewing and goal oriented planning to help clients achieve an optimal relationship with food and body image.
