Ingredients

  • 12 oz coconut water

  • 1 handful fresh spinach

  • 1 handful frozen mixed berries

  • 1 handful frozen mango

  • 1/4 cup instant oats

  • 3 ice cubes

  • 1 full banana, cut into chunks

  • 1/4 cup full fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter

  • A few dashes of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Pour in coconut water

  2. Add in spinach, mixed berries, mango, ice cubes, oats and banana next

  3. Add yogurt, peanut butter, and finally cinnamon

  4. Blend for 1-2 minutes, until smooth

  5. Enjoy!
